For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly. Serve warm.
