Description

Tender chicken seasoned with garlic and herbs, wrapped in tortillas with melted cheese for a quick and satisfying dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds. Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken, then top with fresh parsley. Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll tightly to form wraps.
  4. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted. Serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
