For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds. Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken, then top with fresh parsley. Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
