For the Crust:
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut thawed bread dough into 1-inch pieces. Dip each piece into the garlic butter mixture, then roll in a mix of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Arrange coated dough pieces in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, slightly overlapping to form a wreath shape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
