For the Crust:
- 1 package cheese ravioli
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan; cook until the spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the pan; gently toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional grated cheese if desired.
