Description

A warm, cheesy, and savory pull-apart bread loaded with spinach, artichokes, and a blend of melted cheeses, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 round loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the sourdough loaf into 1-inch squares, being careful not to cut through the bottom crust.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Gently stuff the mixture between the bread slices, spreading evenly.
  5. Brush the top of the loaf with melted butter.
  6. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
