For the Crust:
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the sourdough loaf into 1-inch squares, being careful not to cut through the bottom crust.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, and pepper until well combined.
- Gently stuff the mixture between the bread slices, spreading evenly.
- Brush the top of the loaf with melted butter.
- Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
