A warm, cheesy, and savory pull-apart bread filled with spinach, artichokes, and a blend of melty cheeses, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 large round sourdough bread loaf
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a serrated knife, cut the sourdough loaf into 1-inch squares, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gently stuff the mixture into the cuts of the sourdough loaf, spreading evenly.
- Brush the top of the loaf with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Wrap the loaf loosely in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Pull apart and enjoy!
