- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared skillet. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until edges are golden and center is slightly soft.
