For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
