Description

Flaky puff pastry filled with tender chicken, creamy ranch, and melted cheese for a quick and satisfying meal.

For the Crust:

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut each into 4 squares. Spoon chicken mixture onto the center of each square.
  4. Fold pastry over filling to form triangles, press edges with a fork to seal. Brush tops with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
