For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley. Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or in buns as sliders.
