For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  2. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, carrot, and cabbage; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to coat everything evenly.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
