For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, carrot, and cabbage; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to coat everything evenly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
