For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Fold the pastry in half lengthwise, then cut into 1-inch wide strips. Twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until puffed and golden. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
