Description

Flaky puff pastry twists filled with rich chocolate hazelnut spread, baked to golden perfection and dusted with powdered sugar for an irresistible treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Fold the pastry in half lengthwise, then cut into 1-inch wide strips. Twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until puffed and golden. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
