For the Crust:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water until smooth. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips, stir in peppermint extract, and spread over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies and chill until set.
