- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, blueberries, raspberries, mandarin oranges, pecans, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well blended.
