Wholesome, no-bake energy bars packed with oats, dried cranberries, and a hint of cinnamon for a quick and healthy snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Warm almond butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth and easy to stir.
  3. Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf pan or small baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set, then cut into bars.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
