Description

A fun, sweet twist on tacos featuring crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla shells filled with creamy strawberry cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
  2. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle generously over both sides of tortillas.
  3. Drape each tortilla over two bars of the oven rack to form a taco shape. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each cooled tortilla shell. Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra strawberries. Serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
