For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup cherry compote or preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup honey
- Fresh cherries and mint for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into a springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
- Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the crust; top with cherry compote, then remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Combine chopped pistachios and honey; sprinkle over the top layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving, garnished with fresh cherries and mint.
