Description

A quick and delicious meal featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh toppings, and crispy taco shells.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  4. Fill each taco shell with beef, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
