For the Crust:
- 400g icing sugar
- 200g desiccated coconut
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pink food coloring
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix icing sugar and desiccated coconut until well combined.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla extract, then stir until a stiff, crumbly dough forms.
- Divide the mixture in half. Add pink food coloring to one half and knead until evenly colored.
- Press the white mixture evenly into the prepared tin. Layer the pink mixture on top and press firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into small squares.
