For the Crust:

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Arrange tomato slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with thyme and salt. Bake for 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine avocado, lime juice, and lime zest to make the swirl. Serve alongside the confited tomatoes.
