Soft, protein-rich cake bars made with cottage cheese and blueberries, no flour needed.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and baking powder to the blender, and pulse until well combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries by hand.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
