Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet into a thin layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios and everything bagel seasoning evenly over the top.
