- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Stir in chopped spinach, shredded cheddar, diced onion, and minced garlic.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
