Description
A warm, comforting flatbread topped with creamy Taleggio cheese, sweet pomegranate seeds, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy-sweet hot honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 1 large pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 8 oz Taleggio cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange Taleggio slices evenly over the flatbread. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and top with pomegranate seeds and toasted walnuts. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Slice and serve warm.
