A sweet and tangy flatbread topped with creamy goat cheese, peppery arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Evenly distribute crumbled goat cheese and dried cranberries over the flatbread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Top with fresh arugula.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey. Slice and serve immediately.
