A festive and cheesy pull-apart bread filled with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

For the Crust:
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch squares, being careful not to cut through the bottom crust.
- Insert cubes of brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce between the bread slices.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then brush over the bread.
- Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy pulling apart the cheesy, flavorful bread.
