For the Crust:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Press each square into a greased mini muffin tin to form tart shells. Brush edges with egg wash.
- Place a cube of brie in each tart shell, top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme before serving warm.
