For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Flour, for dusting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet. Use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut out 12 circles.
- Place a small cube of Brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry circle.
- Fold the edges of the pastry up around the filling, pinching to form a rose-like shape. Brush the outside with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
