For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onions, and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a border for the edges.
- Top with caramelized onions and sliced brie. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
