A festive and savory pizza featuring creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and rich caramelized onions on a crispy crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onions, and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a border for the edges.
  3. Top with caramelized onions and sliced brie. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
