Description

A festive, cheesy pull-apart bread shaped like a tree, filled with melted brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll the thawed dough into a large rectangle. Cut into 2-inch squares. Place a cube of brie and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Arrange the filled dough balls in a tree shape on the baking sheet, starting with a row of one at the top and increasing each row.
  4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
