For the Crust:
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Wooden skewers (6-inch size)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thread brie cubes and cranberries alternately onto wooden skewers, placing 3-4 pieces of each per skewer.
- Arrange skewers on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes until brie is soft and cranberries start to burst.
- While skewers bake, combine honey and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan. Heat over low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Remove rosemary sprigs.
- Drizzle the warm rosemary honey glaze over the baked skewers. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve immediately.
