Melted Brie meets tart cranberry in this festive masterpiece!

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a 12-inch square. Use a snowflake-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes, or cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place half of the pastry shapes on the baking sheet. Top each with slices of Brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg, then place the remaining pastry shapes on top. Press edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash, sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
