For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet. Use a knife to lightly score a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Arrange brie slices evenly inside the scored border. Top with cranberries and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle honey over the top.
- Brush the pastry border with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pastry is golden and puffed.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
