For the Crust:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet into a 10×12-inch rectangle. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry, then layer brie slices and sprinkle with thyme.
- Fold the pastry in half lengthwise, pressing edges to seal. Cut into 1-inch wide strips, then twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
