Description

Elegant, flaky puff pastry twists filled with creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and fragrant thyme. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet into a 10×12-inch rectangle. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry, then layer brie slices and sprinkle with thyme.
  3. Fold the pastry in half lengthwise, pressing edges to seal. Cut into 1-inch wide strips, then twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
