Flaky puff pastry twists filled with creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and aromatic fresh thyme.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the surface, then layer brie slices and sprinkle with thyme.
- Fold pastry in half lengthwise, then cut into 1-inch strips. Twist each strip several times and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush twists with egg wash and sprinkle with flaky salt. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
