Description

A festive and elegant puff pastry tree filled with creamy Camembert, tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy pistachios, perfect for holiday gatherings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 150g Camembert cheese, sliced
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Cut into a tree shape using a template or freehand.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with Camembert slices and sprinkle with pistachios.
  4. Fold the pastry border over the filling, pressing gently to seal. Brush the entire tree with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
