For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 150g Camembert cheese, sliced
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 3 tbsp shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Cut into a tree shape using a template or freehand.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with Camembert slices and sprinkle with pistachios.
- Fold the pastry border over the filling, pressing gently to seal. Brush the entire tree with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
