For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil, then spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, brie slices, and red onion. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
