For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Brush pizza crust with olive oil, then spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
  3. Top with shredded chicken, brie slices, and red onion. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
