For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough or 12-inch pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced or torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using dough, roll or stretch it into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
- Place dough or crust on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edges.
- Top with cooked chicken, red onion slices, and pieces of brie cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 2-3 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice, and serve warm.
