Description

A gourmet pizza featuring tender chicken, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce on a crispy crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough or 12-inch pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced or torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using dough, roll or stretch it into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
  2. Place dough or crust on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edges.
  4. Top with cooked chicken, red onion slices, and pieces of brie cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool for 2-3 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
