For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, feta, cranberries, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Tightly roll the pastry from one long side to the other, then slice into 1-inch thick rounds. Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
