Description

A savory-sweet pull-apart bread made with sourdough, filled with tangy cranberries and creamy feta, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 large sourdough boule
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a serrated knife, cut the sourdough boule into a crosshatch pattern, slicing almost to the bottom but keeping the base intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously between the cuts in the bread.
  4. Stuff the cranberries and feta cheese into the cuts, distributing evenly.
  5. Wrap the bread loosely in foil, leaving the top slightly open. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the top is crispy and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
