Description

Soft, fluffy pull-apart rolls filled with tangy goat cheese and sweet dried cranberries, topped with a rich maple butter glaze for a perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly and place a small spoonful of goat cheese and a few cranberries in the center. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
  3. Arrange dough balls seam-side down in the prepared pan, touching each other.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Remove rolls from oven and immediately brush with maple butter glaze. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
