- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, dried cranberries, and orange zest.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm, then cut into bars.
