A festive side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with sweet dried cranberries and crunchy pecans, finished with a tangy balsamic glaze.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
- In the last 5 minutes of roasting, add pecans to the baking sheet to toast lightly.
- Transfer roasted Brussels sprouts and pecans to a bowl, add dried cranberries, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
