Description

A festive side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with sweet dried cranberries and crunchy pecans, finished with a tangy balsamic glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  3. In the last 5 minutes of roasting, add pecans to the baking sheet to toast lightly.
  4. Transfer roasted Brussels sprouts and pecans to a bowl, add dried cranberries, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
