For the Crust:

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for rolling)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, dried cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped parsley until fully coated.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
