For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for rolling)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, dried cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped parsley until fully coated.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
