For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, dried cranberries, onion, celery, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add chicken broth and mix until the mixture holds together. Shape into 1.5-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
