For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, dried cranberries, onion, celery, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth and mix until the mixture holds together. Shape into 1.5-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
