Description

Savory turkey and herb stuffing mixed with sweet cranberries, rolled into bite-sized balls and baked until golden.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
