Description

Savory turkey and herb stuffing mixed with sweet dried cranberries, formed into balls and baked until golden. Perfect as a holiday side or appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, onion, egg, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring until mixture holds together. Form into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
