For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, onion, egg, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add chicken broth, stirring until mixture holds together. Form into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
