Flaky puff pastry rolls filled with creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, baked to golden perfection.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 8 equal rectangles.
- Place a few cubes of brie, a sprinkle of cranberries, and walnuts on one end of each rectangle.
- Roll up each rectangle tightly, sealing the edges, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush each roll with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
