Description

Flaky puff pastry rolls filled with creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, baked to golden perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 8 equal rectangles.
  3. Place a few cubes of brie, a sprinkle of cranberries, and walnuts on one end of each rectangle.
  4. Roll up each rectangle tightly, sealing the edges, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush each roll with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  6. Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
