For the Crust:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a few pieces of brie, a sprinkle of cranberries, and walnuts at the wide end of each triangle.
- Drizzle each with a little honey, then roll up from the wide end to the point, sealing edges.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with thyme if using.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
