Description

A festive and savory flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and tender roasted squash.

For the Crust:

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh arugula for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cubed squash with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Arrange roasted squash, brie slices, cranberries, and walnuts evenly over the top.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  4. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh arugula if desired. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
